09:00: Pick-up from your hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter. Drive to Quang Phu Cau Incense Village, located approximately 35-40 km southwest of Hanoi. The journey offers a glimpse of the Vietnamese countryside.
11:00 – 12:00: Arrive at the village and begin your tour. You’ll witness the mesmerizing sight of thousands of incense sticks, dyed in vibrant reds, yellows, and pinks, bundled together and laid out to dry in large, artistic displays.
Learn about the traditional incense-making process, which has been passed down through generations. You can see artisans chopping bamboo, dipping sticks in dye, and applying the fragrant paste. This is also an excellent time for taking photos.
13:00: Drive back to Hanoi and have a late lunch
